Thank you for using Avio Bot. Before continuing your user, it is important you carefully read all, and accept, the terms laid out in this document, to ensure you comply with the usage requirements for Avio.
This document outlines the terms and service agreement for Avio Bot, aviobot.app, or any other service provided by our team. It is a legal document between Team Avio ("Devs", "Team", "Staff") and you ("the user"). By accessing or using Avio Bot, our website, or any other service provided by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and agree to hold responsibility for any misuse of our service.
These terms apply to all users and server owners.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING OUR SERVICE OR ANY OTHER SERVICE WE PROVIDE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE YOUR USE IMMEDIATELY.

Users will be alerted about any changes to these terms of service in our #announcementsstrong> channel (channel ID: 1391081816256938155) on our Discord server (accessible at: https://discord.gg/ezJUMSn3mF).

These terms shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

"Team", "Devs", "Staff" "we, "us" and "our" - The team behind the Avio Bot Discord Application and the aviobot.app website or other affiliated services.
"Bot", "Service" and "Application" - The official Avio Bot on the Discord Platform (https://discord.com), developed an managed within Scotland, United Kingdom (UK).
"Website" - The official website for the Avio Bot application, accessible at aviobot.app.
"the user" - Refers to any Discord account which interactions with the application.
"the guild" - Refers to any Discord server which the application is a member of.

Avio Bot is a virtual airline management tool created for the chat and sociai platform Discord (accessible at: https://discord.com, provided by Discord Inc. This application is created in compliance with the Discord Developer Terms of Service (accessible at: https://support-dev.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/8562894815383-Discord-Developer-Terms-of-Service.
Avio Bot is strictly designed to comply with these terms and to prevent any abuse of Discord's services. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THIS SERVICE TO SEND HARMFUL, RACIAL, DISCRIMANTIVE, HOMOPHOCIC, MESSAGES OR ANY OTHER CONTENT WHICH LIES WITHIN THESE CATEGORIES. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THIS SERVICE TO SEND MULTIPLE MESSAGES TO A CHANNEL IN A SHORT SPAN OF TIME OR ABUSE AVIO BOT IN ANY OTHER WAY THAT MAY VIOLATE DISCORD'S TERMS OF SERVICE. If you believe someone may be abusing Avio Bot's features, please contact a member of our staff team immediately.

We reserve the right to revoke your access to the bot immediately, without advance notice or a particular reason. The suspension of your access to Avio Bot does not entitle you to any claims for compensation or reimbursement. Attempting to bypass or otherwise exempt yourself from suspension of our services will result in a further suspension, legal action, or permanent suspension from all current and future services.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Avio Bot's services soley for their intended purpose and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service in any manner that is unlawful or unauthorised.
This license does not permit you to copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, resell, use the service for commercial usage, or otherwise exploit any part of the service except with our prior written consent.

While using the bot, we may collect data, such as serverIDs and userIDs, to operate the application and improve features. By using our service, you agree to the collection of this data. You can view how we use/store your data in our Privacy Policy.

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are unable to guarantee that your use of the application will be 100% safe, bug-free, or exempt from disruptions e.g. unexpected downtime. If deemed necessary, we may remove, discontinue or revoke your access to features within the service without advance notice, for a reason or no reason.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Under no circumstances shall Avio Bot, its developers, staff or affiliates, be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the application. This includes, but is not limited to damages for loss of profits or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised prior about the possibilities of these damages.

Users are responsible for acknowledging if their use of our service violates any applicable laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Nothern Ireland or any other country, or any Third-Party we utilise, including Discord.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to take appropriate measures to protect legitimate interests, including but not limited to issuing warnings, temporarily restricting access, suspending, or permanently removing you ("the user") or your server ("the guild") from using the application or other services/applications we provide/operate if we believe your use violates these Terms of Service.

Users and server owners are responsible for maintaining the protection and security of their own account. You responsible for all activity carried out on your account, including ensuring your account does not violate these terms of service. Users are responsible for ensuring they have permission to invite/use the application in their server. Server owners and administrators are responsible for managing the service within their server, including granting the correct permission to server members. We will not be held accountable for any accidental invite of the application to servers. It is the responsbility of the server owner and/or server staff.

Users must comply with the Discord Community Guidelines at all times while using the application. Violation of this may subject you ("the user") and those involved to a termination from all services we provide (See Term Termination).
