You can add Avio to your server by clicking here and following the steps provided by Discord. You need to have permission to invite external applications to your server. Avio is not liable for any accidental invites.

To configure your server settings, use the command /server-setup. You'll be prompted with numerous options, fill in all options shown. Once completed, you'll be ready to start using Avio! You can view all your settings by using /config, or by going to our dashboard.

Uh oh! Avio may have ran into a roadblock. If Avio stops working, please open a ticket in our support server, and provide as much detail as possible.

Yes, you can transfer some of the data to the new server. As a lot of features within Avio are guild specific, there is limited data we can transfer. If you wish for data to be transferred, please open a ticket in #tickets on our Support Server and our support team will help facilitate your request.

We provide all data stored for users/guilds upon request. We sometimes may require proof of ownership before we can hand over the data, such as proof of owning the guild. If you wish to access your data, please send an email to hello@aviobot.app with the subject "Data Request". Please provide your Discord Username, User ID, Guild ID (if requesting server data). If you do not provide these details, we cannot facilitate the request. Your data will be sent to the email used to contact us within 7 working days of making the request.
